These terms govern your use of Sommly ("the Service"), a wine cellar management app operated by Rehland ApS, CVR 46212606 ("we", "us", "our").
By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these terms. If you do not accept the terms, you may not use the Service.
Sommly is a tool for managing your personal wine collection. The Service offers:
To use the Service, you must:
You are responsible for all activity on your account.
Free version: Unlimited cellar, 5 free scans (total), basic cellar features.
Premium: Unlimited scans, all features. Monthly subscription — cancel anytime.
Trial: 7-day free Premium trial. No credit card required. Returns to free plan after trial.
Right of withdrawal: 14-day right of withdrawal under Danish consumer law.
Price changes: 30 days notice by email. You may cancel before the change takes effect.
Premium includes unlimited scanning for ordinary private use of your own wine collection.
Sommly is built for private collectors. If the account is used for something else — for example systematic registration of a commercial inventory, reselling analyses, or automated scanning — we may set a cap on the number of scans for that individual account.
We will notify you by email BEFORE a cap takes effect, and we will tell you what the cap is. You can always contact us if you believe your use is ordinary.
This does not affect normal private use. A cap is only applied where usage is far beyond what a private collection can explain.
Sommly uses artificial intelligence (AI) to generate estimates for prices, drinking windows and tasting profiles.
These estimates are indicative and may differ from actual values. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
You should not make significant financial decisions based solely on our estimates.
You may not:
Sommly, including design, code and branding, belongs to us. You may not copy or distribute our material.
You retain the rights to images and notes you upload. By uploading, you grant us a licence to use the content to deliver the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for data loss, inaccurate AI estimates, service disruptions, indirect damages, or decisions made based on the Service's information.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings. Upon deletion, you lose access to all data.
When cancelling a Premium subscription, you retain access to Premium features for the remainder of the paid period. After that, your account reverts to the free plan.
We may suspend or close your account for violation of these terms or misuse of the Service.
We may change these terms. For material changes, we will inform you by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes shall be settled by Danish courts with Copenhagen as the venue.
If you are a consumer in another EU country, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your home country still apply.
